peoples bank purchased by M&T bank. I'm trying to perform instructions from M&T to deactivate Peoples Account in Quicken. Quicken refuses to allow deactivation as 1 transaction (payment) still in flite. Quicken says to cancel payment. Will not let me cancel payment - says it is too late! I was able to delete Peoples account. Peoples Bank has been shut down, I can't continue migration to M&T until this payment is cancelled. Any thoughts?
