Quicken and Fidelity do not balance only for cash accounts

For some reason, I keep getting messages to my Fidelity Cash Reserves account does not match with what Quicken get reported from Fidelity. I spent a lot of time justifying my Quicken accounts with my Fidelity statements and they are IN BALANCE. But Quicken says that I have xxx number of shares in Quicken but 0, reported by Fidelity.
I'm sure that there is some stupid flag or switch that needs to be flipped, but I am at a loss.
