Quicken Wont Download from Chase only

Recently i updated quicken to the latest, and it asked to change my chase connection.
did what it said, but that didnt work. so i deactivated all the online services, then activated them. still no downloads for chase
amex, capital one, etc all work fine, just chase

it says the connection method is express web connect + which i understand to be the correct settings for chase. amex is on direct connect which works fine
But the online balance also doesnt show up for chase but does for all the other accounts

any ideas?

    Can you give it a day or two, to see if the servers catch up to the data in the next overnight processing run?
