Adding RSUs not in R43.20 quicken deluxe update

I've saw the discussion about R43.14 quicken Premier where RSU was not working. I'm having the same problem in quicken deluxe. I've rebooted windows, shut down/restarted quicken without success. Please help.

In this situation, what is preventing you from updating your accounts or downloading transactions? Were you noticing any particular error codes? Are transactions simply missing after an update? Also, when did this begin?
