Kinecta FCU - QL-297-A

Quicken Windows Subscription Member
I am using the latest version of Quicken. I can't add any Kinecta account to Quicken.
Kinecta informed me to use Direct Connect in Quicken. I did but still get the [QL-297-A] error. Please help.

If you have not already done so, you might want to try setting up the account by using your Kinecta Member Number instead of your Account Number or your online account User Name as suggested at the bottom of the following thread: https://community.quicken.com/discussion/7885261/cannot-download-from-kinecta-since-kinecta-transitioned-to-direct-connect.
