Quicken fail - Chase account updates

Quicken, I'm so disappointed. Rolled out a process the doesn't work. First time I've been disappointed since I've dedicated my accounts in more than 20 years. Account updates on each of the accounts requires me to transfer thousands of transactions in quicken with lots of issues. This has been unworkable for me, and I'm not alone.
