Connected with AllyBank twice today....got no downloaded Transactions. I know cleared transactions are available for download....Interest Paid 3 days ago.
I did create a New Quicken File..with just AllyBank and...Transaction did download. The Quicken Reset feature has never done anything so I DeActivated ALL Ally Accounts and ReActivated them...Nothing Downloaded.
There really is nothing else I can think to do to get Downloads when Connecting with Ally. I have been downloading without issues forever....so this is puzzeling.

I am sorry to hear about this problem with missing transactions. Thank you for asking about this here on the Quicken Community.
First, have you made sure to see whether or not active filters are obscuring the transactions in question? Click the green Reset button if and when it appears just above the register, itself. You may also try changing the sort order by clicking on the box containing the word Date atop the column of the same name within the register, itself, so that the small, triangular arrow next to it changes directions. Also, what connection method are you currently making use of in order to add or link your accounts to online banking services? Please note that you can verify this anytime by going to Tools > Account List and then clicking on the Edit button in the row associated with the affected accounts. Next, go to the Online Services tab in the new window that appears afterward. The information we are looking for should be found under the Online Setup callout box.
I hope to hear more from you about this.
Thank you,

You have no choice in the connection Method with Ally bank; when setting up Ally Accts you get connected via EWC......
I have been downloading from Ally for 5 years.....I have never set any filters...I have chnaged nothing.
This is something that started for the very 1st time 3 days ago...so it must be an Ally or Quicken issue that needs further investigation by Ally and Quicken. There are other in this community as me that have reported downloads from Ally bank just suddenly Stopped downloading.
Please arrange to have Ally and Quicken investigate and find the issue to correct, help me and the many others that have reported this issue....

There is an issue with software not our configurations as we have not changed anything...same issue of no transactions dowloaded but says it is successful - with my bank connections and all non chase connections. Only Chase works. Just made Chase update and and Quicken update and the problem of no downloads started. Seems to be an obvious coincidence with Chase update.0
