Multiple account numbers for one account
MB20171
I have a Capital One credit card account that has two authorized users and cards. Each card has a different number. Capital One recognizes my card number as the account owner and the other card number as an authorized user. I entered my card number as the account number in Quicken. When I try to download transactions, Quicken only picks the transactions using my card number. How do I get the transactions for both cards to download into my Quicken account? Can I enter two account numbers in Quicken for one account?

Quicken accounts can only have one account number. Maybe try the other number and see whether that magically works. If it doesn't, I think you'll have to contact Capital One.
