Chase Download not posting

The chase one step update download is not posting to the quicken accounts

    ok - need some more info....
    1 - What version - ... Help --> About Quicken
    2 - looking at the top of the account Register - what "protocol" does it display... Direct Connect, EWC, or EWC+
    3 - what type or types of Chase accounts are connecting, but not downloading ?
