This is going to cause anti-virus software to reject it.  For instance Microsoft Edge will report it as "risky" when you download it and you will have to go through several steps to allow it to download.

This is ironic because this is the same expired certificate they used for the US Windows R43.14 Mondo install that caused lots of people problems.

    Here are all the details:
From this page click on the link indicated to start the download:
    https://www.quicken.com/support/update-and-patch-20182019-release-quicken-windows-subscription-product

When it finishes this is what Microsoft Edge reports:

Hovering over the download gives you the ... more actions:

Which in turn give you this menu:

    Next you select Keep:

Notice that the Publisher is Unknown.
    Selecting Show More.

Selecting "Keep anyway" and now finally you will have the install on your machine and can open it:

Selecting Run anyway and you should get this prompt:

If you don't see the above prompt stop and check your User Account Control Settings set so that Windows will prompt you when the run the install:

Click on the "Show more details", and then you get this prompt:

Click on the "Show information about the publisher's certificate" and it will come up as shown in my original post and the certificate will come up:

Hopefully this time the developers will sign the install again, and update the automatic and manual download of it, instead of what happened on the US R43.14 install were it was left unchanged.
