Continual problems regarding Schwab SCHA

I frequently get a Mismatch error display after accepting downloaded transactions into some of my Schwab accounts. A downloaded SCHA transaction is registered as an SWVXX transaction. I was also going to report getting a false mismatch because the description text for SWVXX included lowercase. All other Schwab securities are all uppercase. I've edited the description to be uppercase and assume it will not happen again.

Also, I've been getting more frequent instances where there is a mismatch because a transaction is missing from the register.
