R43.26 - Investments Not Updating

Quicken R43.26. Build 27.1.43.26

Refuses to update stock prices.

I've tried signing out and then back in via Edit>Preferences>Quicken ID & Cloud Accounts "Sign in as a different user".

I've validated the file.
I've rebuilt investing lot.
Ive Correct Investing Price & History [Repair]

After each I've tried an Update, to No Avail.

A little nervous about trying the Correct Investing Price & History [DELETE & REBUILD],
I have a few investments that I have to manually update, stretching back some years.

....What to do?

    so many places -
    1 - click on Tools --> Security List --> are your stocks [x] in the Download column ?
    2 - click on any current stock --> at top of Details --> click [Update] --> then {More}  --> Edit Price History -
    3 - do you see the latest prices ?
    4 - when doing a One Step Update - at very bottom - do you have [x] Download Quotes checkmarked ?
