Linking my Chase Accounts back to Quicken One Step Update

I have read some posts about the problems with re-linking to Chase, and they say to de-activate accounts then add them back. I can't figure out how to de-activate accounts without deleting them, which I don't want to do. Latest update for Quicken claims this is fixed, but I still can't link back to Chase. Looks like all is fine on the Chase side, but not on Quicken. Can anyone provide step-by-step directions on what to do to make this work?
