Why can't I Control the screen via Zoom or MS Teams in newer Quicken versions?

I provide tech support to fellow Quicken Community members via Zoom Meetings or Microsoft Teams meetings. For years, when the user shared their screen and authorized control, I could operate their mouse and keyboard remotely. This functionality still works for all programs except newer versions of Quicken. Was there an update in the privacy settings? Is this a preference? Can the preference be turned off? It's only applicable to Quicken, I can control Microsoft applications and browsers, just not Quicken. Any thoughts or input is most appreciated.
