Latest update - deleted all my custom categories

Quickens latest update has once again, deleted all my custom categories and changed the current file I had. It would be nice to open Quicken so I can quickly follow up on my finances but instead I'm having to spend more time than able to relocate the file and re-enter all my custom categories!
How do you do a COMPLETE reset of ALL Quicken files. Just basically a factory reset of everything related to QUICKEN?

what version are you now running -.... Help --> About Quickenhopefully you are making FREQUENT Quicken Backups - so you can revert to a good starting point0
