Chase re-authorization - update

I have seen the messages in response to my previous post that you have an unresolved issue (that seems to be taking days to resolve!). Meanwhile you continue to send me email reminders to re-authorize with Chase which you already know I cannot do!
I read another post that implies your instructions were missing a step and that the Chase accounts should be deactivated in Quicken before re-authorizing. I did this but still cannot get any recognition from the Chase site which provides no form nor any list of my accounts to re-authorize. Can you provide an update other than "we know about this"?
