Chase downloads

Why were we not informed that there were problems with the new downloads from Chase instead of told we need to make the change?? My balances are all messed up! My bank account balance is wrong. And transacations I had allocated to different categories are now showing blank as to the category! I am really very upset that at the least Quicken did not email its users to this problem and continued to allow us to download!

    Thank you for contacting the Quicken Community, though I apologize that you are experiencing these issues after migrating your Chase accounts. 

    We do have a couple of ongoing alerts right now that could explain the issues that you are experiencing. You may follow these links here and here to access the alerts where you may bookmark the alerts in order to remain up to date on any new information, ETAs, or resolutions that may occur.

    How were we to know to check these links? You could send us emails about the need to upgrade the Chase downloads but not to notify us about the issues? That is irresponsible!
