Chase EWC+ Not Downloading Transactions

I updated my multiple Chase credit card and checking accounts to EWC+. I had to deactivate/reactivate the online accounts in Quicken. The initial download appeared to work. However, since that date, I have not had any new transactions download. This includes deposits to the checking account and purchases and refunds on the credit cards.
