BofA conversion to EWC+ - now I have two accounts for my BofA accounts.

How can I combine them? the new account only has a beginning bal as of 6/27 and 6/28 (it is not correct by the way), but the downloaded transactions (for the most part) are on both the other account and the new account. A bit of a mess. Notifications should have given more direction to avoid all this confusion.

Same problems been happening with other bank conversions to ExpressWebConnect+. Chase had started couple of weeks ago and manny having same problems.
Are you using latest version of Quicken? Also, it shouldn't have created additional accounts but link with your existing ones in Quicken that was working fine with DirectConnect.
Make sure to do many backups to recover to last good file. It has been disasterous experience for many already.
