Citibank CC-502 error, forced password change

I see there is an on-going issue with Citibank CC-502 and just want to share my issue and resolution.
Citibank recently forced me to change my online password because it said they have changed their password policy. I was getting CC-502 because I forgot I had to change my one-click update in Quicken. Once I updated the password and the password vault, everything works again. Hope this help.
BTW: Not sure which policy and kinda concerning that Citi might be able decrypt my password. I would assume they would store the hashed value, unless the policy complaint issue is related to last date the password changed.
