Cannot add new account

I am attempting to add a new investment account at UBS Online Services. After entering the username/pw on the Quicken form, I receive a message (CC-501) to the effect that "We are unable to connect to the Quicken servers at this time. Do not contact UBS Online Services for assistance. Please try again in a few hours." I've tried on 3 separate days. Help!

    UBS has several different financial institution names for connecting with Quicken.
    To connect an investment account, shouldn't you be selecting UBS Financial Services Inc. instead?
