Truist CC-569 Error

Any info would be appreciated. Happens when I try and update

    Not working for me either... I get the same error.

    Update on my last post....Window pops up telling me "A connectivity Error". I called Truist support and they said they have received many calls about this. However, they told me to contact Quicken support.

    Thank you for contacting the Quicken Community, though I do apologize that you are experiencing this issue with your Truist account(s). 

    I have located a support article that discusses some troubleshooting steps to take when presented with a CC-569 error. You may follow this link to access that FAQ. Please keep in mind that it is recommended to save a backup before proceeding (just in case).
