Chase Migration with downloaded unaccepted Transactions

My sister has a lot of downloaded Chase transactions that she has not yet accepted. Can she do the Chase migration to EWC+ before individually accepting them?

I would strongly recommend that she first accept those transactions, and even reconcile before doing the conversion.
