Quicken One Step Update Not Working properly

Is this an issue for anyone else? It won't 'find my bank accounts, can't download or set up for manual download.

    I am sorry to hear about this problem with online banking services. Thank you for looking to the Quicken Community for more about this issue.

    First, are you noticing any issues with accounts associated with a particular financial institution, and if so, which one? Also, are you noticing any particular error messages? Lastly, when did this begin?

    I look forward to your answers, and hope to provide more advice once I know more about this situation.
