Wright Patterson Credit Union OL-393-A Error

Started 9/16. Anybody else having this error and trouble with downloading?

    Yes, have had problems all weekend connecting to Wright Patt Credit Union. Have gotten both OL-393-A; and OL-292-B. Still an issue today 09/19 08:30

    I have located a support article that discusses some troubleshooting steps to take when presented with an OL-393-A error. You may follow this link to access that FAQ. Please keep in mind that it is recommended to save a backup before proceeding with troubleshooting steps (just in case).
