Failed to download transaction from M&T Bank

Since Aug. 28 I'm unable to download transaction from M&T Back. The Connection log file entries are show at the end of the message.
Any help to resolve the issue would be appreciated.

At some point Windows Defender backlisted the FIWebsite site. Temporarily disabled Real-Time protected and I was able to download the transactions. As a workaround added the c:|Program Files (x86)\Quicken folder to the exclusion list of the Microsoft Antivirus Scan
