Online Balance on multiple accounts is wrong

Hello,
My register is correct on all accounts, but I can not reconcile because the downloaded ONLINE Balance is wrong.

I spent 2 hours online with quicken support
I did a back up
I validated the file
I removed online and data from account
I rebooted
I re-established online download

Still same problem

Online Balance is WRONG.

Tried everything.

Many People have this problem. It is not specific to download method or financial institution.

It is a feature that we are paying for with Quicken and it does not work.
