Ally Bank no longer downloads cleared transactions

I download from allied Bank once a month one or two days after interest is paid. I have been downloading into these accounts for years. This month when I connected I got absolutely no cleared downloaded transactions. I have validated, I have deactivated and reactivated all Ally Bank accounts. Neither one of these troubleshooting steps has corrected this issue. I get no error message I just get no downloads.

This problem may possibly be related to a need to "reauthorize" Quicken downloads via the bank's website. If you haven't already, I suggest that you login to the account(s) via your web browser and try to determine whether you need to reauthorize the accounts.

Download is EWC not EWC+; EWC+ requires Authorization, EWC does not. I did log into Ally's website, there are no Setting....dealing with Quicken or downloading...did so just to be sure.0
