I still have yet to get this reauthorization screen. How do I force this. Only have a few days left. Should I contact support by phone??

EDIT add some important steps.
Try this and if doesn't work then contact Quicken Support.
Accept any downloaded transactions into the register. It would be a good idea to also reconcile your accounts.
Just in case go to each Chase account. The first transaction in the account should be the Opening Balance transaction. Put in a memo of what the opening balance is. Some people have had their opening balance transaction changed and this will help you know what it should be if it is changed.
Backup your data file.
Go to the Account Details -> Online Services tab of each Chase account and deactivate them for downloading.
Select: Tools -> Add Account.
Select the Chase icon. (For investment accounts type in Chase instead and select Chase Investments - New, and select Next)
Select Next. For non investment accounts you will get a selection for Banking or loan accounts. For Investment accounts you will get a selection for Complete Investing or Simple investing. Select what you want, and then Next.
The reauthorize dialog should come up here.

Based on another person's screenshot in another thread it seems that using Tools -> Add Account isn't the cure for this. See this comment:
