Manually entered items not showing up in Reconciliation

Because I have been unable to download transactions from my bank via One-Step Update, I entered the transactions manually. When I tried to do a Bank Reconciliation, the manually entered transactions don't show up on the reconciliation form.

Looking at these transactions in the register, what is their reconciliation status, i.e., what does the Clr column show? "c", "R" or blank?
What is the date of these transactions? On or before the Statement End Date you entered?
