Cannot access to my data file

Once I enter my password, and it is accepted (no password error), a blank screen appears, with only the FILE and HELP menu options and a sign with the support contact info.
I validated the file, It's OK, but I cannot access it.
Please, I need help

    US, Canadian or other country version?
    Is your subscription expired or still active?
