Reauthorization for Chase CC accounts

Question

I have been trying to do this, but the Chase  "bank hosted sign-in form" web page just keeps spinning.  It never comes back.   There is nothing on the chase.com website about this.  Can anyone help?  deadline is sept 26. i've been trying this whole month

Thank you! JRod. I was using IE and it turns out they dropped support for it in June (I did NOT get the memo) and are moving everyone to Microsoft Edge which messed up the Chase site. Im not sure why. Anyway,  I downloaded it and everything worked as advertised.  Thanks for pointing me in the right direction.

What browser does your computer use by default?  This is what Quicken will likely launch.  For me it is Chrome and worked fine.  Maybe try using a different browser or maybe you have a popup blocker  or extension in the browser preventing it.
