After Chase conversion to EWC+, transactions will not download for any linked accounts

I reauthorized my accounts successfully. One step update completes without error, but no transactions are downloaded and my online balance is not updated. This is occurring on all 5 of my connected Chase accounts. I've tried resetting the accounts and I've tried deactivating/reactivating. All connections appear correct but transactions will not download.
