Currency List Update is no longer there

Running R.4.32, Build 27.143.32 on win10 enterprise
Option to update currency rates is no longer there in tools/currency list or in one-step update options. Seems to have been this way for a while... Seems like months since exchange rates have been updated.

    just found it. Feature not available in Deluxe, only in Premier. Bizarre. Why would you allow multi-currency support on Deluxe, but not to update the rates. That is just looking for corrupt data.
