I am sorry about this issue with duplicate accounts. Thank you for alerting us as to this issue here on the Quicken Community.
First, were you being prompted to reauthenticate your accounts - or to reconnect them - prior to this happening? What 'instance' of Chase had you selected in order to link your investment accounts?

I was asked to link my accounts to quicken.....They were already linked but going thru the new authorization they asked again to link...0
