Quicken Balance Does Not Match Online Balance [Edited]

My Quicken account and my Online account are reconciled. The problem is the online balance is $9,000 more than the Quicken balance. Is there a way to increase the Quicken balance by $9,000 without affecting the reconciliation. I can find on record of a $9,000 deposit anywhere and again the account has been reconciled for over a year.

9,000 might indicate a transposition error (it is divisible by 9). Or could be several items netting to 9,000.

My Frost Bank & Quicken balance don't match up after a recent update. Quicken is showing an online balance from approximately 2 weeks ago - what's up with that?

I finally found the error after a 5+ hours search. I had entered 9,000 in error for a check that did not exist in 2007,
