Home Depot Consumer Credit Card and American Express
Shelly D
Recently as of 9/18 all was fine. However, I was having problems with my Truist banking account and Quicken tech support advised me to deactivate and link to existing account process. (See ticket # 9726113). I did so.....
Then, I noticed that my Home Depot credit card balance in the Quicken desktop application was much higher than the online balance by $500+ dollars. This also happened with my American Express card as well by $700+ dollars. I am running most updated versions of Quicken for windows and all browsers are updated as well.
I run Quicken application for windows on my Mac via Parallels.
Does anyone have any Idea what is going on?
Please help....I have spent 13 hours with various tech supports trying to figure this out.

To pay your HD and AmEx cards, do you make payment from the Truist checking account?
Are these transactions recorded as transfers to the credit card accounts using the account name in [square brackets], e.g., [My AmEx card]?
If so, please verify that you didn't accidentally change or delete any of these transfer transactions or create duplicates by mistake.
Compare your account register to a paper statement or transaction view from the website to locate and correct all discrepancies.
