for several days One America has been generating OL-89-B error code = -10000
reset works fine.

Apparently it's something that occurs entirely on the financial institution's end, or at least that's the claim, so you need to contact OneAmerica to correct it.

Looking at OneAmerica in the fidir file I see:

I assume it's the first listing here that you're dealing with?
