    When I try the fix option I am asked if I changed my password lately. Yes I had when I updated to Quicken release update and subsequently signing on to Citibank was asked to change my password. Running the fix and entering the new password I receive a reply of Success. running One step update again I receive CC-503.

    Thank you for contacting the Quicken Community, though I do apologize that you are receiving this error with your CitiBank account(s). 

    I have located a support article that discusses some troubleshooting steps to take when presented with a CC-503 error. You may follow this link to access that FAQ. It is recommended to save a backup before proceeding (just in case).

    I tried the Quicken fixit again and was able to finally resolve the CC-503.
