Why am I getting incorrect transactions from Edward Jones?

Example, I reinvesting transaction from Edward Jones is received as a Deposit transaction and a withdrawal transaction. It throws the share balance lower than what lines up to online with Edward Jones. Has something changed in the way quicken handles or receives transaction from a Financial company?

According to the fidir file Edward Jones uses Direct Connect to transmit information to Quicken. So my guess would be that what you're seeing is some sort of error on Edward Jones' part in compiling the information,
You could look at a recent OFX file Help > Contact Quicken Support > Log files to see what they are sending you.
