I have two months of transactions that decided not to download, I don't know why but decided to manually download the qfx from citicards, but when trying to upload them to quicken it won't link to the credit card account but tried to put them in a new line of credit account. I obviously do not want this. Any ideas?

You left out details, but you typically can't "link" to accounts that are currently setup for online activity.

The easiest solution would be to allow the QFX to import into a new account. Then select & drag all the newer transactions to the older, existing account. (Don't include the opening balance transaction.) Delete the temporary account you just created, and you should be good to go.

Backup your data file before you do this as a safeguard.

I figured it out, I switched the account to upload from qfx and uploaded the missing files fine, It linked as it should, then switched back to web connect. Don't know why it decided to skip 3 months of data...
