Managing reminders - day of week

Social security payments are paid on a certain Wednesday of each month, depending upon the birthday of the beneficiary. Could a feature be added whereby you could set up the reminder based upon a day of the week during the month. In my case, I get paid the third Wednesday of each month.

As it stands now, I have to manually change the date for the upcoming receipt each month.
