Quicken Bill Manager is NOT a suitable replacement for using bank bill-pay

I'm in agreement with all of you. Quicken's "Bill Pay" system is a perpetual nightmare. It has failed to inform me of bills, failed to send payments, failed to register the payment. I now have to log in to Chase, pay my bills, then go back to Quicken and try to reconcile everything. Most of the time it doesn't work. It used to be so simple and I never missed a payment in years. But now? I spend hours every month trying to make sure all bills are covered. There are never responses from anyone in the Quicken staff, no help, no nothing. Just a hefty bill at the end of the year for allowing me the headache!1
