CC-592 Citizens

As of today, I am getting a CC-592 when trying to download from Quicken. Citizens says they did change their authentication yesterday to require a texted pin code to log into their online system. What can be done to get around this?

The first two things I would try:
Account Register > upper right Gear icon > Update Now
: This will sometimes work when an error code is encountered.
Account Register > upper right Gear icon > Edit Account Details > Online Services tab > Reset Account
: This step is sometimes needed when a Financial Institution makes a system change.
If these steps fail after the Financial Institution makes some change in their system, especially if the change is made on a weekend, the best and perhaps only option is to try to run OSU, again, on the next business day. This is because even though the change was already made it might not be fully processed and ready in their system until the next business day.
Let me know if any of this helped to resolve your issue.

Thanks, but those options didn't make a difference. I'll wait until tomorrow and try again. Citizens did say this change went into effect yesterday

It seems Citizens has corrected the authentication problem. When I set up my online downloads today, it was verified with a security question and then proceeded normally.
