Chase reauthorization

I have completed all steps 3 x now. I am on "your accounts have been authorized successfully. You will now be redirected back to Quicken. And then nothing happens.
If I close it, I have to redo all steps just to end up on this page again.

What should be happening after you get that message on the Chase website is that Quicken's dialog should go on and finish the process. Note this can take some time and may appear to be hung. A real failure would be be when Quicken reports a time out.
Others have stated that you might get past where it doesn't continue by first starting your web browser in safe mode. And then doing the reauthorization process.
If that doesn't do it I suggest you contact Quicken Support:

Another option, that worked for me, is when you get the message that Quicken should pop up... but doesn't. Try to just switch to Quicken yourself by clicking on the taskbar icon. When I did that the pop up message was in Quicken waiting for me. Hope this helps.
