Mac 6.9.0 upgrade or Chase connection associated failure - CheckPay Mac loses bank account info

I upgraded to Qkn Mac 6.9.0 and also updated Chase connection today (2022-09-25). Then went to make a Check Pay payment (with a non-Chase account, that I had enabled for Check Pay a year ago and had been working fine). All the Check Pay info is gone and Qkn says I need to enable the account for Check Pay via microdeposits. What gives??
