Continuous problem for over a week. Quicken first refused to expedite repair, now it has been over a week and no repair. Never had this problem before for this long. They have always repaired within a day or two. Especially when it came as a result of their update

Are you referring to receiving a CC-592 error message with your Citi Bank account(s)?
