Unable to reinstall 2016

My hard drive crashed, so had to get a new one and reinstall all my applications. I've been able to reinstall everything except for Quicken 2016. I've tried installing the Mondo patches, but none of them from 13 to 19.5 work for me. Any other suggestions when the Mondo patch doesn't work?
