Quicken has become a complete mess. BofA downloads are inaccurate with constant balance adjustments. Amex is now experiencing the same problem. Chase Bank is a disaster. [Removed - Rant]

    FWIW, Intuit sold off Quicken more than 5 years again. Have you posted your exact problems here yet?
