All, if you've been experiencing issues upgrading your Chase connections to the new connection type, I found a fix to *my* issue, which required me to actually *read* the community support posts. The issue I had was I went through all the steps but had not deactivated Chase online connections for *all* of my chase accounts (including old, hidden accounts). If you don't do this, you will never complete the syning and linking.
Go to Tools | Account Lists from menu bar.
Click "Show hidden accounts" in lower left corner of Account Lists screen
Scroll through all of your accounts and for your Chase accounts, ensure "Transaction Download" is set to No. If it's not, EDIT the account by clicking the EDIT button, ensure Automatic Entry is OFF, and Deactivate the service.
Do this for EVERY SINGLE chase account.
Then, exit out of the Account Lists screen.
From the main menu select Tools |Add Account
Click the Chase Icon; You'll get the "Chase needs you to authorize your accounts" screen. Select the "Sign in" button to kick off a browser connection to Chase.
Login to Chase.com from your browser as Normal
Go through all the screens to select the accounts you want to upgrade to the new connection method.
You'll get a "Redirecting back to quicken..." message in your browser.
Go back to Quicken. It will begin identifying all of your chase accounts and present you the option to link them to your quicken accounts.
Properly link those accounts.
When done, all of your online updates will now download chase transactions.
If you forget to deactivate even a SINGLE Chase account's online connection before starting this process, it will fail.
